About Creativity-School
Thank you for visiting Creativity-School.com, designed to help you engage creativity in your life.
When I tell people that I’m working to get a Masters degree in Creative Studies from Buffalo State College, I get a variety of reactions. The most common question is, “We can study creativity???”
Well, yes, we can. Scholars, scientists, researchers and the just plain curious have been studying creativity for more than sixty years. The purpose of Creativity-School.com is to introduce you to some of what the study of creativity tells us – starting with the why, the how, the when, what, where and who – and to connect you with resources, should you desire to learn more.
Each page offers you basic information, followed by a number of places for you to get more information: books, web sites, videos, journals, magazines, and more. You’ll find that digging into the resources listed here will yield even more resources, creating for you a far-reaching web of information. Using Creativity-School.com as your launching pad, you should be able to find a nearly limitless supply of material about creativity and how we can all access it.
I hope you enjoy the trip. I’d be very surprised if you don’t.
